The challenge

The lodge took room bookings over phone and WhatsApp, leading to double bookings during peak season. Room service orders were phoned to the kitchen, often with delays and missing details.

SajhaServe Enterprise provided a shareable guest booking link, room status for housekeeping, and QR codes in each room for restaurant ordering. Front desk and kitchen see the same order flow.
